long loading form on my website.

For about two weeks is a very long loading form on my website. Because of this, the whole site is loaded for a long time. What is the cause, help?

You indicated this this started about two weeks ago. Approximately at the time, we experienced issues on our server. Due to this, our team implemented more security protocols. This could be the reason of the delay.
