    Hi There!

I need to create an email notifier that is looking a bit different that the default you supply. First the headers in the form "Questions" and 'Answers' are nothing to do with our business and I would like it to be: 'Article' and 'Quantity'.

Second I get all the field in the email as a one bunch!  I like to separate each group of fields (et Bedrooms. Kitchen, Lounge etc)  at least with spaces and header to say what in each section. (screenshot attached - its only a short example, but mostly will get it with many lines from different groups)

Third - the two columns are 'pushed' to the left with not enough space between them.

Now...if I go head and edit the notifier I'll have to 'unlock the data' which will results with a print of all my 1000 empty fields that I am not interested in!

So..what would be your solution to implement a few very BASIC changes and still be able to send it WITHOUT empty fields?

    Thanks!

You can edit your notification easily with Jotform.

I've also tested it on your cloned form. I am sorry to say that, if you lock the data table there is no way to edit your notification. The whole changes will revert back to original state.

    Here is how it works:

On the other hand, you can unlock it again. It will warm you for loosing the ability to hide empty fields.

If you unlock it, you can customize the table, but you will loose the ability to hide the empty fields.

Please, check the guide below for more information.

I hope this information is useful for you.
