    Cannot receive email from form submission??

    I can submit the form, but I can't receive the email from jotform to my email.

    please check it.

    Hi

    Same for me is there an issue with jotform today? 

    I have submissions coming in and no notifications.

    I am also having this problem, but it has been happening for the last 4 days. Does your test emails from the form editor work correctly?

    Yes I got a test email.
    I have had 20 submisisons today and no email notifications to either myself or the respondent.
    Has been working fine for the last year – I have made no changes.

    Hi Calvin,

    Please do check now. It should be working for most if not all people per comments of our developers. We are still however going through the threads so do let us know how it goes for you.

    I am raising all threads that I have replied to allowing our developers to quickly find them and will continue further and we will keep everyone updated once we confirm the resolution of the issue.

    @pcurtis and @jmasse Please do reply to your own threads only. The reason for this is that it takes longer time to go through all of the threads and emails to find a common ground since many times we find the same people reporting issues on multiple places. This means that several of us is looking for issue related to the same person and it ends up taking more time to resolving the same, while otherwise we are able to quickly find the common and help our developers on possible cause of the same.

    While it might seem that we are replying to other threads sooner, we are only going through them systematically and we will come to each thread.
