Pricing of the yearly plan

I am wondering whether the pricing at the yearly packages are based on 10.000 submissions per month or 10.000 submissions per year? Looking at the name of the package, I assume it is monthly.

Yes, you are correct. The submission limits are monthly. In your case your plan allows you 10,000 submission per month. It does not matter of you have a yearly or monthly plan. All limits are monthly.
