Forms are not generating emails.

    I have been using JotForm for quite some time and they work great. However since the start of this week the forms have not been emailing the results out. I have tested the emails and they work from the form editor, but only after a few failed attempts. The error is along the lines of "An error happen you must refresh the page and try again". After two or three times I can get the test emails to send out.

    However when I try to fill out the form as my clients would, the emails do not get sent out. I have tired several times in the past 5-6 days and not one form was emailed out.

    Can you please check now and see if you are getting the email notifications once the form is submitted?

    Also did you get the emails that you should have received earlier today?

    I tried a few times between when you posted this and this morning and still no luck. I have not received any of the submissions that I was waiting on.

    Hello jmasse,

    I did check your form and found that you have e notification email alert and one auto responder. Are you not receiving submission emails to any email addresses? I also checked our email logs and found that the emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? I have cleared your form cache and sent a test submission. Can you please check and let us know if you have received the submission email or not?
