To my understanding you are asking if its possible to delete file uploads without losing submissions.
On your form by itself and viewing the submissions that is not currently possible unless you either delete the submission or alternatively delete the field which would also delete the associated files.
However, a workaround to make it work like this for you would be to connect your form to one of our box, drive, or dropbox integrations so that you can receive a copy of the submission + file externally and you could additionally have our autodelete submissions app connected to remove them from your account as they arrive to get rid of the file buildups.

The problem is with the integration with the Google Sheets.
If I don't have to re-integrate the Form, that is no problem to delete the submissions.
But when I hit the 100mb quota (free account) I will have to delete some submissions, and if I need to re-integrate my Form with a new Sheet I will lost the date.

Unfortunately, to my current knowledge this is the only current method that I know of to create the sort of workflow you desired though it would delete everything including the file because the submission is what contains the file when submitted so that is why you view or delete them together and not separately.

If you would like I would be more than happy to open up a feature request for an option to delete the file separately from within the submission if you want? Would this possibly be beneficial to you for your desired workflow perhaps?

This feature would be great, because with 100 submission/month you can work very well, you need just to wait. But with the 100mb quota the only way is delete your forms/submissions and in some cases you can't do it without significant losses.

I will escalate it to our second level, however, I can not tell when it will be available, but you will be notified via this thread.
