Any form submission emails are currently not reaching their destinations... This began abruptly from 9:38 today...

Unfortunately it seems that some people are not getting the email notifications delivered today. While we can not recreate the same issue, I will be raising this to our developers so that they can take a look into this for you.
Can you please tell us if the emails are by some chance ending up in your spam or trash folders?
