When people fill out my form, it has a message that says "Form over Quota. This form has passed its' allocated quota and cannot be used"

I have checked your account and it is overlimit. As free user you have a limit of 100 SSL submissions and there is currently 201 SSL submissions on your account. Because of that your form is  disabled.

You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
