Its starting to become apparent you people don't care about customer service or quality of your service! Jotform should pay me back for the customers I am missing!

THIS IS MADNESS WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR??
YOU CANNOT IGNORE CUSTOMERS PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE - HOW DO YOU THINK WE LOOK TO OUR OWN CUSTOMERS??
TIME TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER AN ALTERNATIVE.
