Additional Users

Hi There - Is there an option to add additional users without upgrading our plan?  We are currently at Bronze and we do not need any more storage, just a few more users.

Do we have any other options?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the only way to add more sub-users is to upgrade to a higher level subscription.  There is not currently a way to increase the amount otherwise.
