I have a form that I want to import that was used on Adobe forms and want to import into JotForms.

I was able to do this in July but I needed to make changes to the form so I need to reimport.  I do not see this option on your website.  How do I get this form imported to replace the outdated one I did in July?

You need to manually do it now using our Import Tool here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. Select PDF Only and upload your file. Please try it and let us know if there are issues.

The form that I am trying to import did not come from Adobe forms. It needed to be modified so we created a new fillable PDF file. Can I import that?

You can import some elements of speadsheet and PDF's using this application:

Keep in mind though, the application is quite limited in what it can import so the form is likely to be incomplete and require modification.
