whenever I try and print the jotform, it is not printing or emailing properly and the layout goes all wrong

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the problem? Or any details that would help us check the layout you are receiving. Are you referring to the PDF submissions or the email notification?
If you are referring to the PDF submission, it has a fixed PDF layout, however, you can edit it by using our "Customize PDF" feature found under the "Get PDF" button. However, please note that "Customize PDF" feature will make your PDF submission on a paper like layout, this means the layout is fixed and does not adjust.
If you are referring to the email notification, you can change the email template by editing it under the "Emails" wizard.

I think that fixed it for the most part, whenever I try and print straight from the forms page it doesn't show a proper layout but I can work around that.
