Downgrade Membership?

Hi there,

I need to downgrade my membership to Free.  Can you please assist with this?  I tried following the instructions but it says there was an error and was unable to complete my request.

As per your request, we have cancelled your Premium subscription on your account. The account will be downgraded to Free subscription by the end of the current subscription period.
