Let me inform you that this is not a bug. I think all versions of IE will not let you select more than one file at a time. This is how it works on IE.

However our upload button can handle this by adding files one by one. When you add a file for upload, click the same button again and add another file. Or, you can try to use other browsers which supports multiple file uploads like Chrome & Firefox.

I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please let us know. Thank you for using Jotform!

Actually, we have 5 PCs runing Win7 pro with IE9. Only one PC cannot choose multiple files upload thru IE9 but all other PCs are able to.

So then basically out of the 5 computers 4 work with it and 1 does not? Is that correct?

In my opinion it sounds like there may be something with that particular computer. Is it the same kind as the other ones you have? Have you tried clearing the browser cache on that computer for IE9 that is having this problem? Or maybe reset it to default?

I ran some tests between single and multiple file uploads in IE9 vs IE10 and I am able to verify what my colleague has stated is true. You can select multiple files one by one to upload. However, if you try to group select them it does not work since it only selects one at a time but you can still click the button again and pick more.

Therefore I happen to agree that I don't think this is a bug. I don't think it's something we would have any control over either especially if there is only one instance of such.
