I believe i either set something up wrong or i used the wrong email address. I tested my form but have received nothing. Help me.. :-)

As far as I can see you've setup everything correctly. You've already used email@example.com, that's good.
The only problem is you're using email with wrong domain. It should have @hotmail.com and not @hotmmail.com right? Kindly check, thank you so much!

you didn't set it up wrong. everyone is having problems.
In your notifier make sure you have "firstname.lastname@example.org" selected.
