Source Code Form & Required Validation

    When using the Source Code form, the Required Validation function doesn't work. Clicking the Submit button without filling the form fields redirects to the Success page.

    I have tested your embedded form and I was not able to submit it without filling all required fields.

    I have tested your embedded form in Chrome and Firefox. 

    Considering that you have embedded your form with source code it is possible that there are script conflict between your website scripts and JotForm scripts. Because of that, we recommend using of iFrame code. You can try to replace source code with iFrame code, to see if that will solve your issue.
