An old employee signed up for your services for our company. The account should be under firstname.lastname@example.org I have tried to reset password numerous times but have not received anything. We need to get access to our account.

I can see the email address is in our bounce list, here the reason :
550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found
I will remove it from the bounce list and try again, do let us know if you are now able to receive the email with the password reset instructions.
