how do I recover my key?

Hi,

Are you referring the your generated key when encrypting a form ? 

Unfortunately, there is not option to recover it, you will have to generate a new one if you do not have the current key you are using to access your submissions.

Also, I have to tell you even if you generate a new key, you will not be able to see the previous encrypted data.
