Why has a user-submitted photo been disabled?

    Hi, I use a form to collect information about groups that meet via our organization.  One group leader submitted her info but now her uploaded image doesn't display on our website (we're using the Submission View app) and I receive this error:


    Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

    This link has generated too much traffic and have automatically been disabled.


    What has happened?

    It appears that you have exceeded the 100MB limit for file uploads. Free accounts only have 100MB of available space. You can delete the previous uploads if you want to be able to receive submissions again. Or you can upgrade your account to one of our pricing plans to have more available space for the uploads.

    Otherwise you can use Dropbox to directly receive the uploads in your Dropbox account instead of in Jotform. Here's a guide on how you can set it up. Upload to Dropbox with JotForm
