I'm receiving a form error V8

None of my forms are showing any text - the lightbox is opening but no text appears. When I log into JotForm and try to preview my forms it says the form has failed and there is an error on V8. Screen shot attached.

The forms were working fine until a few minutes ago.

Forms should be back up once again.  If any are still not loading, let us know and we will be happy to have a look.
