Hi, one of our clients complained that he lost all the data he had put in when he accidentally clicked the reload button on his browser. Our form has been set in a way that enables autofill and supposedly saves dat on the same browser for four weeks. Why did he lose his data then when he clicked the reload button?Page URL:

I'm afraid I cannot replicate the issue you were having. I tested your form and was able to see my filled form even after reloading.
Please note that the Autofill feature will only work when you access the form in the same computer and browser as the data on the form are saved in the computer's browser cache. If the user is still encountering the issue, please provide to us the browser and device they are using when they encounter the issue.
