What exactly counts as a form submission?Asked by email@example.com on January 12, 2016 at 07:09 PM
Is a form submission counted each time a submit button is clicked? Or, are submissions counted based on the number of forms stored on the JotForm site? I do several test submits when designing a new form. I had no idea that these tests may count toward my 100 submission total.
The submission is counted when the submission is received by any of the forms in your account. The test submissions on your forms while designing them are also counted as submissions. You may check the submissions limit on your account by clicking on User icon after logging into your JotForm account.
Hope this information helps!
