Why do my forms, when completed by clients, show up in my inbox under a different program name than the one I named my form?

    I renamed the form, yet it shows a completely different name and year than the one I assigned it. I copied in what the email looks like in my inbox, the program should be named Making Marketing Happen Program

    Hi Gloria,

    You just need to modify/edit the Notification Email Subject line to reflect the Title/Name you want to your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/53167442918158
