Sending notification email to variable emails

Hi there, 

Please assist to explain how to send email notification to the email address filled by user on the form itself. By default the email notification is coming to my profile email, is there a way to send the notification and data to other emails as filled by the user

Please view my form as given below. I need to send the emails to Primary notification and Line Manager's email and these two addresses vary country to country

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding a "Form Autoresponder" email alert in your form. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Once you add form autoresponder email alert in your form, you will be able to select the desired form field for the "Recipient Email". Please check the screenshot below:
