Is there a way within the payment wizard to use conditional logic?

I would like to allow customers to order multiples of the same item, but select different flavours (set up as an option within the wizard).  For example, if they select "1" as the quantity, I would like them to only be able to select 1 flavor, but if they select "2" as the quantity, I would like them to be able to select 2 flavours.  Is there a way to allow for this?  I know I can add additional options, but I don't want 2 flavor options to be visible if they only select "1" as the quantity (see below for this example).

If I understand your question correctly, you want to display multiple flavour options in payment tool based on the quantity selection of users. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement within the payment tool. To achieve your requirement, you will have to add regular fields to display your product, quantity and flavours and show / hide them based on the selection of quantity field. You can use "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the price and pass it on to your payment question.
