How can I 'grey out' options that aren't available?

    Hello,

I'm using Jotform to create a filming equipment booking form for my various classes of students.

Is there any way I can have the form look into what's already been booked out on certain dates, and grey those options out?

    Example:

Camera 1, 2, 3 and 4 are on the form as checkboxes.

Student 1 books Camera 1 and 2 on 1st February to 5th February

Student 2 goes to book Camera 1 on 3rd February, but the option can't be selected.

This felt difficult to explain, so if it doens't make sense please say. Any help appreciated, can happily use 3rd part widgets if need be.

    Thank you in advance,

    Elliot

    Hi,

Our appointment slots widget should be able to accomplish exactly what you are looking for:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots

You would need to update your widget when new dates and equipment become available.  This would allow you to set the quantity available for each option and when that quantity reaches 0, it will no longer be available.
