I've put 2 forms on my website - one on each of the widescreen version and on the tablet version and the other on the mobile version (with larger font size). When I send an email from either of the first versions of the form all is ok but when I send an email from the mobile version, I receive it twice. How can I stop this happening?

I have checked our email log and I found one duplicate submission. Considering that there was only one duplicate submission, probably your user submitted form twice by accident. If you want to prevent duplicate submissions you can Form Limits Based on a Unique Question:
