I had a submission for a form which is encrypted. I was able to view the submission from the email I got, and I decided that I didn't want the form to be encrypted because I can't view the response from the app. So I changed it in the settings of the form. Now I can't view the submissions at all. It is encrypted when i view it online while logged in, and when I click on the link in the email I received (where I was previously able to view the submission). How do I unencrypt the submission?

If you do not want to receive encrypted data, you need to turn OFF Encrypted Form Data in form preferences.
I have checked form that you last modified and it is still encrypted.

Once you turn OFF Encrypted Form Data, new submission will not be encrypted. However previously submitted data which are encrypted can only be viewed with encryption key.
