Does your form site offer automatic ticket #s to clients who fill out a custom designed form?

Hi there,

Does your free ticket template site offer the capability for prospects filling out the form to receive a ticket # upon completion and for us to get that ticket # as well?

Please advise asap

You can add a Unique ID widget to your form. This will automatically create a unique number base on your configuration. Unique ID will automatically increment on every submissions. Here's a full guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/79-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions

In addition to that, every submission has its unique submissions ID. You can also use this as your ticket number. You can find the submissions ID in your form submissions page or you can add it on form notification so it is included on the email message when you receive it on your email.
