Where forms are sent

    Hi, we currently have forms and when submit is hit, they go to a certain email address, I am adding forms and want them to go to the same email, how do I do that?/ It is complicated but they are on our site now, can you let me know asap? Thanks - we are good pediatrics

    I have checked all forms on your account and they have same email address set as recipient email address of email Notification. Email address is same as email address of your account jotforms@good.pcc.com 

    I have checked our email log and all submissions were sent successfully. 

    However your form http://www.jotform.us/form/40877764643164  with most submissions does not have email Notification. If you want to receive email when that form is submitted you need to set Email Notification inside of that form as well. Inside of this guide you can find out how to set email Notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

    If you want to use some other email address, simply change Recipient email address inside of email Notification settings.
