I see that i can do this but when I add new emails, it only appears that it is sending it to one email, not multiple.

To send your notifications to multiple recipients, enter them on the recipient email line separated by a comma and a space. Here is a bit more in depth guide on how to do so:
Sometimes, this functionality may be a bit buggy and you might need to make a single notification for each address.
