Not receiving email upon completion of form

    We have PayPal set up with our form. The person submits payment through PayPal and then should receive a confirmation email from JotForm. However, when we've tested the form, JotForm never sends the confirmation email, although payment has gone through and is not listed as pending. How can we make sure that these emails are being sent?

    I have just reviewed your form, email setting and email history. I did noticed that emails have been send out correctly and you do not have any failed emails. I have reviewed all 4 emails in your forma and checked our bounce list. None of the emails are in the list.

    Please verify if this emails are in your spam or junk folder.

    The emails are not in the spam or junk folder. Emails should have been sent to a gmail address and some internal email addresses - neither have the jotform notifications in the spam folder.

    You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
