    Getting XML access denied error message when downloading uploaded files

    Hi,

    Two files were uploaded and submitted (1/7/16 and 1/9/16) on our form, but the associated files are unavailable.

    It appears to be random and does not happen when we run tests.

    Instead of showing the uploaded file at this link:

    we get the error message below:

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I tried re-uploading the file in our end, but failed to resolve the problem. It seems like that the files were not successfully uploaded in our servers. This seems to happen when the upload process has been interrupted in the user's end, resulting to a broken file, this is most likely due to intermittent connection or network issue in their internet. 

    I have forwarded this to our developers to have it better checked. But I would strongly suggest contacting the user and directly asking for the files not sent. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    Just to confirm, as what Charlie mentioned, the files appear to have failed to upload properly on our servers to why it fails to download. Please do contact the persons who made the submissions of these files and ask from them the files again.
