Hi,
When a user submit's a form, can the receiver see the actual form in the body of the email instead of the PDF attachment / email template instead?
The form presents better than the email template, plus replying with PDF loses the data. So embedding within the email would solve 2 issues
thanks

It is not possible to actually embed the form in the email as it has active scripts that are blocked by the email provider, for security reasons. But it is possible to customize the email notification so that it displays a nicer layout.
You can use the format tools to customize your email notification:
Knowledge of HTML is not necessary, but it's a great help, according to the level of customization that you want.
