Multiple Forms not sending email after form submission

    Unclear when this started - at least several weeks from a quick check.

    The two forms in question are located here:


    Have already tried redoing the entire email notification process, as well as testing the responsive  option. 

    Has not worked in any case. 

    Also have checked email/rule settings on our mail provider. Messages are not being trapped in spam or located anywhere else. 


    The other form on our site IS currently sending emails correctly:

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. 

    I have checked your email address inside of our email log and I found failed submission from today and yesterday. However last two submission were sent successfully. One is test submission that i made.

    For your other email address I did not found any records in email log.

    Also I have checked and your Email address is not on bounce list.

    I am not sure why this has happened. Did you received my test submission? Please test your form and see if you are receiving email Notifications now.

    I would also suggest you to Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    This ended up being an issue with our email being on the jotform bounce list. 

    As other people/threads have mentioned, the design of that feature is incredibly poor - there needs to be an active notification to the user/account that an email address(es) are starting to bounce!
