Require the use of some sort of cart

Asked by federicomc on February 10, 2012 at 11:49 AM

I'm about to upload a NEW site and initially the idea is just to inform/show products being offered plus details about them.

Client is abroad & no e-commerce is desired but their hope/intention is to be able to include a page section for "quoting inquiries"

Idea via jotform=> (visitor selects products of interest & then just have him submit the form). Client will later only contact back interested party via email or phone.

Siituation (to much products ~ 30/35 items) & not able to fit that much on a single page & not being able to make it a quick nor easy viewing procedure. ** Attaching webpage image just showcasing (7 items using the form & still about the 30 more to go)

    Problems,

    - Form structure (haven't been able to create more than 1 column layout for the form. In addition the form is to be placed a position that permits the inclusion of the product image in ecah case)

    - Cart system (as said no e-commerec feature is wanted, but by using something f the kind would assist to make the browsing experience much easier/simpler for the visitor).

Would appreciate any assistance / suggestions you may have.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Best regards, Federico

    Hello Federico,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    - Form structure (haven't been able to create more than 1 column layout for the form. In addition the form is to be placed a position that permits the inclusion of the product image in ecah case)

Unfortunately, multiple column forms are not available, but you can increase the form width and place several shrunken elements into one line:

It is also possible to style the form using Custom CSS Code:

    - Cart system (as said no e-commerec feature is wanted, but by using something f the kind would assist to make the browsing experience much easier/simpler for the visitor).

Our developers are working on improving our Payment Forms Features, and we hope that something similar will be available in the future.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
