Just upgraded to bronze plan, but I am a sub-user. Can we apply that change to the entire account?

    Hello, It took about a week for me to gain access to our full account and now the full year pricing is not available. Would it be possible to extend the original discount to us as we had attempted to purchase a full year initially?

    Actually, now that I have access to our master account, I have realized that our current pricing is just fine for us and we would like to keep our pricing as is. Thank you!
