    how about phone/chat support for your "paying" customers?

    Am I being censored? Would you feel better if I said "can" be agonizing?

    I did describe my problem, slow response time.

    My original question was asked at 3 PM PST, 7 hours later and still no response. 

    I totally understand if I was a "free" account, but Im not. 

    Can you tell me what I should expect for response time? Maybe 7 hours is average? or 10? 24?
