Only the required info is being sent via email?

    On a form I'm using with both required and optional items, and everything is filled out, only the required items arrive via email? None of the optional items are received, nor any upload materials they may submit.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned your form and deleted the current notification settings. I created a new notification and it worked well. I was able to receive all the submitted informations via email. Can you please delete your current notifications and recreate them?

    Please do let us know if this still doesn't work.
