can you have your form go to another email besides your default email?

Yes, that's possible. You can send form to multiple recipients. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients

Make sure to make an actual submission with your form to test the email recipients. Clicking the "Test Email" button on the notification wizard will only send a test submission on your account email address.
