I've got the form live on the website but when I've tried to submit something but nothing comes through to the email i've selected. Help!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned your form and made a test submission. I was able to receive a notification email. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist?
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.
