I have about 16 different outcomes for a form that I have created. Instead of having 16 different emails is there a way to use conditional logic in an html email body? I would like to use the answers in submission fields as the content drivers i.e. if they have clicked yes on this question this sentence is used in lieu of another in the email body.
Is there any resource available to look at that can guide me through this process?

Answers on email are actually dynamically filled base on the users answer. You can also customize the notification template like inserting paragraphs with field tags.
However, if you want to show/hide field answers including its label on the notification, unfortunately, that's not possible without creating multiple notifications. Alternatively, if you know PHP programming, you may want to create a custom notification with the conditions you want and add it as Webhook in your form.
