We're set up to take Paypal, but our registrants are having issues getting it to work. Have we set it up incorrectly? It appears to work if only one person is registering, but if the organization wants to register multiple people, it's not working. What changes do we need to make? Please look under "Incomplete payments" to see what's going on.

We currently do not have phone support, but we will be glad to help you with your concerns through the Jotform forums.
It seems like the payment field is not set to required.
Can you try setting it as Required and see if that fixes the issue?
