I felt like I am getting quite a few Pending Payment submissions to my Enrollment Form and was curious as to why.  A client contacted me directly today and said she was attempting to enroll, but the "Registration" does not go the next step (PayPal Payment).

She said the page stays in the "please wait" location.

Is this Paypal being sluggish?  I tried for myself later and did slowly get the Paypal screen.

Of course, this is a very important part!  $$ makes it happen!  Any thoughts on this??

    Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the problem. I was redirected to the Paypal payment page without any errors. You will see in your "Incomplete Payments" list my test submission.

However, I noticed that you have enabled two auto fill features on your form. One in the payment wizard and the other is on the "Preferences".

Could you please try disabling the one shown below and see if the "Please wait" problem is still happening in your clients' end:

Also, may we know how you have embedded the form in your Facebook page? I presume you are using "Add JotForm Tab" mentioned in the "Publish" wizard? As an alternative way to embed the form in your Facebook page, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-

That client might be an isolated case, and the other incomplete payments might have been more related to users changing their minds or might be related to them accidentally closing their browsers. However, please do try the suggestions above and see if it gives you a better result.

    First off, THANK YOU!! :)
I did disable the Autofill as you requested.
I did originally add the form to Facebook with your suggested “Add Jotform Tab". Today, I also ventured into adding the form as a Static HTML page as you suggested…I *think* I did it! Ha! It got a little hairy, but instead of worrying too much about the existing original Jotform Tab also being on the page along with the new “Welcome Tab” with the form, I just kept both there.
I know it’s not very clean, but I do like the name “REGISTER” that I added to the original tab, and the (School District) graphic that is used in the App area (Hoping to add more school districts with distinct location/times&dates forms eventually!). Also, I have the class schedule pinned at the top of the page with a “click here” hyperlink to the form. It’s hard to avoid the form!
Hopefully, your estimations are correct regarding the partially completed (no pay) forms. That particular client was able to submit a new form and payment this morning. (Yay!) But, I thought it would be useful to follow all your instructions as noted. I will also hope for the best for no more partial completions! Ha!
And again, thank you so much for your response! Shanti Shanti Shanti!
