When I Hit to Submit Button, It Says "Please Wait" and Doesn't Submit

    Hello, my latest form that I've made doesn't seem to allow clients to Submit - it stays on "Please Wait" and goes no further.

     

    Please help, I'm unsure how to amend it.

     

    All my other forms work perfectly.

    Hi there,

    When I cloned your form, I didn't replicate the same issue with you. Please, see it from the below:

    In this case. I suggest you to embed your form with the iFrame embed method. After trying, please let us know about the results.
