Zapier is not able to read the dates for the emails

I am trying to collect various dates from a form and (again through Zapier) automatically create an email that goes out to the client with these dates. The problem is Zapier is not able to read the dates for the emails.

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the problem?

I presume what you meant is that Zapier is unable to pick up the form fields (related to dates) and map it to the email software/service that will email your clients?

I checked your other threads and I see there were discussions related to custom dates. It's possible that Zapier is unable to identify or support that field that is why it is unable to be read. You have a couple of date related input fields in your form here http://www.jotform.us/form/53125256402143, perhaps you could share us what specific fields you are referring.
