All of my contract details are typed out as text but I can't see any of it on submitted forms. I see all of the info clients input like their name, contact info, session date, etc but nowhere on the submitted form is the contract details they agreed to. is there a way to get that to come into it? If not, I could switch it to checked boxes but then I can't seem to figure out how to cut and paste the text. Can you help me???
