Limit the number of available product items in the form

Asked by aemuler on January 14, 2016 at 07:29 AM

    Hello,

We are small farmers from Brazil and we are using the form to organize the order of organic vegetables baskets. Until now, we use the "Shopping Assistant" tool to generate prices for each vegetable and to sumarize the total of the application.

We would like to know if you can limit the number of vegetables available in this tool. For example, only 10 apples were produced, then we would like the product runs out after 10 sales it.
This is possible within this extension "Shopping Assistant"?

How can I arrange this on my form?

    Thanks again!

You can use our inventory to do this in the form. Here's the link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory. Here's our guide on how to add a widget in your form:

I would suggest testing this out first in a new form before adding this in the main form. You can clone this demo form so you can see how to setup the widget: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51413853223953.

    Here's how to clone: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Basically, you have to add our calculation widget and put the equation there. Multiply the  widget to the price.
