I can not create pdf from my forms

Hello,

i really don't understand why but i can't create pdfs from my forms using the 'create pdf' button. There comes the pop-up asking if i want to include page-breaks etc., but if i click further there will be no processing/downloading. If someone has a solution i would be very happy!
