Dear Sir,I need your help to understand the reason why today in my form (5344306698236) the field "Erogatore" (dinamic textbox widget) shows the label but no input. What I have wrongly done?

I created a clone of the form and the field Erogatore is visible:
Is this problem solved?
Let us know if the problem persists.

Sorry to bother you again with the same issue ..
Unfortunately the already mention issue appears again ... I tried to access with different browsers and also directly from Myform inside Jotform.
As you can see the field "erogatore da chiudere" which is a dynamic testbox shows only the label.
Obviously the form cannot be submitted being this a field "required"
Thanks for your attention

I've already try to clone the form and problem still persist. Moreover, in both link you've attached I verify that for a while (I mean half a secondI I can see the field complete than the entry space suddenly disappear and only the label persists visible ... I'm trying to delete and recreate this field but this behaviour is quity funny and puzzling.
Let me know any other possible solution
- auloAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 11:02 AM
I tried to delete and recreate but no luck. I'm puzzled and I've tried to document focusing on step by step process.
Here what it happens:
1. BEFORE DELETION
2- DELETE AND RECREATE
As you can see, label is empty and wizard has correctly been done, entry field doesn.t exist
If I push Undo arrow, label appears again and I'm ask to run the wizard .. however, that's the turn of the wizard to disappear!
Funny, isn't it?
BTW I tried in different browsers and I've emptied caches everywhere, even waste bin under my desk ...

Unfortunately I cannot replicate the situation. I've tested the forms on several browsers without a problem. Are you experiencing this situation in more than one browser?
If I understood correctly you are also experiencing this situation with the forms that I created.
I have also tested your account and could access the field without any problem.
We'll wait for more details to proceed.
- auloAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 11:11 AM
Yes I tried the forms you created.
Actually, I'm working from home and when I replied that problem was solved I was at office.
Possibly it could be an issue related only to the PC I'm now working on, however this form will be submitted from everywhere in Italy by more than 500 different people and I'm worried about the variability of configuration that could be met.
Unfortunately, dynamic textbox is the only solution I found to submit more than one entry (prevalently only one but entries could be 3, rarely 4).
If it would be possible for you I could open a remote access via Team Viewer so you could personally verify the event.

I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having.
Does the issue happens only when you access your form from your home PC? Is there any firewall in place? I am not sure but that could be the issue.
Can you please disable your firewall for a while and then test your form? If the issue persists, we will surely test your form vis teamviewer.
We will wait for your response.

Hi, I'm afraid to tell you that Firewall on this PC is not to blame ...
A little step in our investigation could be represented by the fact that IE and Chrome reproduce this issue while Firefox (I don't normally use) does not. BTW, I have also updated Java App .. in the doubt ..
Ready for remote connection ...
- JotForm SupportKevin_GAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 02:42 PM
I tested your form and as my colleagues, I was unable to replicate your issue, see my screencast below :
Are you still having it ?
Is it only on your PC or are you able to replicate it on other PC ?
I'm using Chrome the latest version, also tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer, it's working on all of them.
Please, do let us know, we will be glad to assist you further if the issue is still there.
- auloAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 03:40 PM
What you say doesn't really astonish me since I'm able to replicate this event only on one PC and only using Chrome and IE (while on the same device Firefox works perfectly). I think that this issue could be ascribed to Java app and the use of it by IE and GC.
Since the problem seems to be confined just to one device I can consider it as an erratic behaviour and I'm not worried about it too much. However, it happens and that's documentable. So, if you would be interested in further investigation I can make my PC and its configuration available to you trough TeamViewer.
Just let me know and consider my (European) time zone :-)

I just ran a test on different web Browsers and I still was unable to replicate your issue, I tried loading it on Safari as well and it works.
Unfortunately, we can not provide support via Team Viewer, now in regards with your time zone, it should not be really an issue, however, I logged into your account and it still works on my end.
Could you please share us a screenshot when loading your form on Google Chrome ?
You can get the console by following this Keyboard Shortcut :
Ctrl + Shift + J
And if you are using MAC :
Cmd + Opt + J
Please, share us the screenshot, we need to see if something is blocking the widget.

Here it is ..
I'm still working and I probably will for at least a couple of hours .. (I'm supposed to show to the public the form tomorrow evening ..), so if you may and will you can actually log to my PC
I'm looking forward to receive your feedback
- JotForm SupportKevin_GAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 06:31 PM
This is quite odd, since we are not able to replicate the mentioned issue, I would suggest you to try using some of these widgets, take a look at them :
They have a similar functionality than the Dynamic Text Box widget, and it should work on your end.
Please, do let us know if those widgets are not loading in your form.
We will wait for your response.
- auloAnswered on January 18, 2016 at 07:02 PM
Any case seem to replicate the issue. I tried 4 widget and none of them load in my form.
Here the screens:
Field Multiplier Widget
Add Option Widget
Infinite and configurable list Widget
At your disposal for any further request

This is very strange as none of us are able to replicate the issue you are having. I believe it is related to your local browser or firewall.
If you want we can check through teamviewer and then report it to our back end team. Before we do that can you test your form by opening your chrome browser in "incognito window".
We will wait for your response.
- auloAnswered on January 19, 2016 at 07:21 AM
I tried this morning before rushing to office and it worked. However, I believe I should try again with more time available to be sure of that. I'll do around about 7 pm (CET)
See you later
- CarinaAnswered on January 19, 2016 at 09:43 AM
Thank you for the update.
We'll wait for more information on this situation.
- auloAnswered on January 19, 2016 at 04:12 PM
I'm back and I do confirm that Incognito access grants me normal behaviour in my forms while normal access replicates the issue.
I set up team viewer and if you like feel free to access my PC with TeamViewer

I think that could not be possible to connect with you right now, since we are very busy.
However, I noticed in the screenshots you shared us, that there is a false message instead of load the widgets, this is in all the widgets you are trying to add to your form.
I will escalate it to our second level since this issue is not only with one widget, I will provide all the info you shared us, you will be notified when it's solved via this thread.

The issue is now fixed. Let us know if new issues arise with the forms.

Thank you for uniterrupted concern
- JotForm Support ManagerJeanetteAnswered on January 21, 2016 at 12:10 PM
Is this still the form we are talking about? https://form.jotform.com/51205508435954
You mean that you get a different result when you access it in preview mode?
Can you share the link to the webpage where you do not see the problem?
- auloAnswered on January 21, 2016 at 03:29 PM
Happy to hear from you Janette,
Here the screenshot of the issue the form as you can see is
